COVID 19 Update  As of 5/1/21

Dear Ark Valley Animal Hospital Clients,

Beginning May 1st, 2021; we are opening our lobby, but only 2 people will be allowed inside in order to continue social distancing. If you have flu like symptoms or have been exposed to Covid-19, please call to reschedule your appointment.

What does this mean for our clients? Even though the lobby is open, we ask that you be mindful about the number of people in the lobby. If there are 2 people inside, please wait until one leaves before coming in. While waiting, you can call the clinic to let us know how we can assist you. Please note that staff reserve the right to ask you to wait outside if the lobby is too crowded, please respect their request. 

WE ARE STILL DOING CURBSIDE FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO STAY IN THEIR VEHICLE.

APPOINTMENTS: When you arrive for your appointment, call to check in & we will let you know if you can come in to wait in the lobby. Some appointments; such as nail trims, allergy shots, etc., we will have you wait in the car because they are quick appointments. 

MEDICATIONS AND FOOD: Please call our clinic to tell us what you would like to pick up and our staff will get it ready for you. When you arrive to get your items, you can come in or call the clinic, a receptionist will get your payment and someone will bring your items out to you.
