COVID 19 Update As of 11/16/20
Dear Ark Valley Animal Hospital Clients,
Due to the rising number of Covid-19 cases in Sedgwick County, we strive to keep you and our staff healthy and safe while caring for your pets. At this time clients are no longer allowed to come in for their appointment. Curbside service is still in place. We have made an adjustment regarding appointments, please see below in the APPOINTMENTS section. We appreciate the support and understanding you have given us during this challenging time. Please understand this is new to all of us and be patient with the process.
What does this mean for our clients? Our doors are still locked, please call when you arrive. One of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
APPOINTMENTS: Please call our clinic to let us know when you arrive. We will get you checked in over the phone. Please remain in your vehicle. A technician will greet you at your car, go over reason(s) for the visit, and safely bring your pet into the clinic. After the exam is completed by Dr. Julie, she will fill out a report card about the visit. A technician will bring your pet back to you and go over the report card and/or any medications/treatments. At this point, one of our receptionists will contact you to schedule any follow up appointments and check you out over the phone. You can pay with credit card, check or cash.
MEDICATIONS AND FOOD: Please call our clinic to tell us what you would like to pickup and our staff will get it ready for you. When you arrive to get your items, call the clinic, a receptionist will get your payment and someone will bring your items out to you.
We appreciate your understanding during this time and will keep you posted if procedures change. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Dr. Julie and Staff
